Book Now & Secure Your Spot
For table bookings and functions, click here. There is no cost to book a table, but a credit card pre-authorization is required to secure your booking. This is not a charge—your card will only be debited if you cancel late or don’t show.
Booking for Bowls & Seating?
If your group plans to play bowls and also book a table for before, during, or after your game, please note that these require separate bookings:
- Barefoot Bowls bookings secure your time on the green.
- Table bookings secure your seating in the clubhouse or outdoor areas.
Make sure to book both if needed!
Where to Book
Choose the perfect space for your visit:
- Beer Garden – The biggest beer garden in Sydney’s Inner West. A spacious outdoor area, dog-friendly, with a gin bar on weekends.
- Kids’ Corner – A family-friendly space with play equipment to keep the little ones entertained.
- Bar – Located inside the clubhouse, this space offers a fully stocked bar, perfect for watching sports or just relaxing with friends.
- Auditorium – A private event space with full AV facilities, ideal for functions, parties, and live music.
Outdoor Seating & Weather Policy
- Groups of 10+ guests are required to reserve outdoor tables on weekends.
- A portion of outdoor seating is always available for walk-ins, first-come, first-served.
- If you book outdoor seating, we cannot guarantee indoor seating in case of rain, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Groups with catering will always have seating arranged.
Menu & Catering
Click here to view our menu and catering options. While table bookings are free, a minimum spend applies for catering orders. When booking, select “Request Catering” under special requirements, and our kitchen team will contact you. Alternatively, reach out directly using the details on the menu once your booking is confirmed.
Barefoot Bowls
- $10 per person for a 2- hour session.
- Hire entire green (small green) $200 for a 2-hour session- as many people as you like can bowl.
- But a maximum of 20 bowlers at one time. This is located in the Booking tile.
If you have a specific green or rink preference, let us know in your booking comments, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Rain Policy:
- If Barefoot Bowls is rained out, a full refund will be provided.
- If it is raining on the day or there has been heavy rain prior to your booking, it is likely that the greens will be closed. Please contact us if you’re unsure about conditions.
Auditorium Hire
Our auditorium is available for hire, accommodating:
- Up to 130 seated guests
- Up to 180 guests (seated + standing)
The space includes full AV facilities, a stage, and a band setup. Pricing is available on request and depends on event size, complexity, and minimum spend.

Same-Day Bookings
For same-day reservations, call (02) 9569 1936.
- During office hours: Follow the extension for the office.
- After hours and weekends: Follow the extension to the bar.
Kids’ Party Entertainment
Click here for our preferred entertainment supplier. Please wait until your booking is confirmed before arranging entertainment.
Cancellation Policy
- Table and Barefoot Bowls bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Catering cancellations are subject to the policy outlined in the catering menu.
